Haven't caught up here for a couple of weeks, firstly your looking great Andy, I would be well happy with those results at the sub 80 level..

And Shelley just read your contribution, you can get down to those lower 70s again girl, in fact later this year OK? We got some big numbers to lose between now and Dec..

Hey JP.

If you read my progress thread, in particular today you would find out I have had a major relapse due to depression and over eating.

As far as I know I am at 90kg these days..

Wow, this is real good. You are almost there. Me too I already get my desired weight without compromising. What now I am doing is to keep my weight and to do it is ensure myself that I regularly do my workout. Eat balance diet and drink more water during daytime.
