Shakes are okay to kick start your new life but sooner or later you will have to deal with real food that is in the real world.
The sooner you learn what a proper healthy portion size looks like - the sooner you will be able to deal with what real life will throw your way.

I'm not sure that statement is really true.
If it were how come so many people fail to reach their goal weight?
Worse still - only 2% of those who have lost a significant amount of weight (20kgs or more) manage to keep it off for a year or more.
I'm glad that you have found it easy so far - but beware this could just be the calm before the storm.
When you get to the pointy end of the journey you may find it tougher going.
