My name is Kate, I am from Adelaide and I am hoping to have the same success as many of you seem to have had!
Great to see that many of you are like me - not massively overweight, just wanting to lose the last few kilos!
I currently weigh 67kg and hope to get to 63 or 64. I started personal training 2 years ago and have lost 8 pesky kilos since then. My aim this year is to continue with the training two days a week and doing at least a 30 minute walk on the other 5 days. I also buy my food online, rather than going to the supermarket, so that I can control what enters my kitchen cupboards!
