Saw this forum while browsing on the net and decided it might be the motivation I need to keep going with the weight loss. I managed to lose 13kg last year but have put a few back on in the last couple of months.
I've had some injuries so i can't do much exercise, which has made weightloss pretty slow and easy to lose motivation. I'm hoping frequently visiting this forum to see how well everyone else is doing will help keep me motivated!
nice to have you with us you'll find lots of inspiration and motivation and encouragement here on this forum join in when and where you feel comfortable. its hard when those kilos slip back on so quickly especially when you work hard to get rid of them., but dont give up keep going

Hey there gottdoit, I know what its like to try and loose weight when you've had an injury. I had a prolapsed disc in my back in July and and was bed bound for 3 weeks and off work for 8. It was certainly hard but with the support of the guys on the forum I manged to loose a few kilos while layed up , and now exercise everyday. Hopefully you will find the support and motivation you need too.
