Welcome to all the new people!

Again!

I'm sorry, I have again been missing for a while so I missed out on welcoming the many new people on board. Christmas really is a busy time of year.
Anyway, welcome to everyone and all the best with your goals!
Cheers,
Tegan

Hey Tegan, good to see you. Was wondering how you were going with everything, study, wedding plans, new house. Do you have time to think? :D Hope you had a great Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.

Had a spanner thrown in the works for study. Despite scholarship work experience and first class honours still did not get a spot in the clinical doctorate program. Possibility to begin as a pure PHD if I can find a lecturer to supervise me.

As far as the wedding  . Ceremony venue selected. Reception venue in the works to be built (shed at new house), I know what dress I want, just have to make it, celebrant selected. Have to organise to get a spit roast happening and get some live music for the ceremony.

House is going good. Got a good native gardening book for Chrissy that I am busily using to plan my garden. Shed is on track.

Christmas was hectic. Trip to Melbourne much colder than expected  . Good thing I now fit into my sister's jumpers!!

It's good to be back

Busy alright! Good luck with the studies that bites not getting into what you wanted especially when you seem like you have the criteria to get in!

LOL at Melbourne being cold...I love living here but the weather sucks! Christmas day 18 degrees and hailstorms. I took pics of white hail all over the garden so we did have a white Christmas in Aus.

We took the kids up to my parents in the Dandenongs for Christmas day and they had snow over night. The kids were completely thrilled; including my dad who is the biggest kid I know - he took them out for snowball fights!)

Of course, the beautiful summer dress I'd bought for my 1 yr old daughter was absolutely useless! lol
