Hi everyone, i just thought i'd write a quick hello. I have never joined a support forum before but as i was reading through some of the posts i thought it was a great idea to join.
My new year plan started off great. i set my alarm on the 1st of jan at 7am and went to the beach for a half an hour walk. i felt great
afterwards and was planning on doing it every second morning. Then i came down with a cold that i've just gotten over so nows the time i'm really getting into it *fingers crossed*
