Hi to all the others on this journey.
Im Lauren Im 23 and im 6"2 and 90kgs. I was one of those lucky teenagers who could eat what she liked and still be stick thin (although i was pretty active at the time). Unfortunately when i got to my 20's I still lived by this principal of eating what i liked became less active and its just piled on ..... so i have a lifetime of bad habits to now break before i get any heavier.
My work encourages a particularly bad lifestyle - a lot of sitting around, boredom and long hours just havent helped one little bit. So will be doing the TF program when my shakes get here - mainly because a shake is a perfect way for me to behave as i dont have time to think much ahead in the way of prepartion of food. I need a bit of a no brainer diet.
My weakness are: Cheese, Chocolate and Alcohol - I'll miss them terribley but as they say no food tastes as good as being thin feels.
