Thanks for the responses guys! This seems like such a welcoming forum.
Day one went ok, although having to drink a dessertspoon of Apple cider vingegar and 2 dessertspoons of pressed oil (I think it's wheat grass oil? Can't remember, it's too early in the morning...) was a bit icky..
But other than that I really enjoyed the meals I'd prepared, and the sachets actually did stop my sugar cravings!! (I wasn't entirely convinced when the consultant told me it would).
Of course 10 minutes after telling my mother that I had gone on the plan she suggested the family all head out for MacDonalds.. Nice.
I was strong though and only had a Gardens salad and a bottle of water. It was actually kinda nice to walk out of maccas without feeling like I needed a harness to hold my belly in.
So I think day one was pretty successful. Woo hoo!
