Are you kidding?! 2.5kg is a LOT to be excited about! Congratulations girl, you must be bouncing off the walls!! That's fantastic, your hard work is paying off. Good on you and keep it up :D

I'm still over the moon. I dragged the boyf out for a long walk yesterday, obviously I'm pretty inspired. I can feel that slimmer me just around the corner....... :wink:

Hi Kitti,

Sounds like you are going great guns, resisting maccas and popcorn! 8) You're cruising!

If you need any extra will-power assistance let me just say that the few moments of 'pleasure' given from junk food is nothing like the whole days/weeks etc etc real pleasure you'll get from having a healthy slim body staring out of the mirror at you :D Great alternative (if you are anything like myself) to crying and throwing clothes on the floor each time you are required to go out somewhere where trackies or jeans aren't acceptable! *lol*

When I think of it that way its very easy to turn down a tempting offer of food. Keep up the great work mate!

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
