Welcome to the forum Tarin.

I've got 4 kids too, so I know how hard it can be to make time for yourself to exercise and eat well. This is a great place to get advice and motivation.

Good Luck with your weightloss.

Hello and Welcome Tarin to the forum!! :D

I wish you every success in losing all your weight! You can do it! :) :)

Nice pic with Mickey? Is that at Disneyland?

Don't think you 'can't' do it, be positive and think 'yes, I can do it for me' and believe in yourself and with your determination, you can do it.

WE are all here to help you as much as we can with motivation and tips. :) :D

My partner is losing weight with me also, so that's always a bonus having your hubby help out. I think that's why this time, we'll definately lose weight.

Look forward in getting to know you and with your weight loss journey! :D

How great for you that you have your hubby along for the ride with you - it'll certainly make changing your lifestyle and creating a 'no-fail environment' a whole lot easier.

Hello Tarin and welcome to the forum.

That is fantastic that your hubby is joining you as you can motivate each other and keep each other on track. There are challenges and various diaries to keep if that will help you. Great to have you on board.

All the best to you both on your weightloss journey. :D

Hi Tarin and welcome!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
