Hey Tam, welcome to the forum.

I lost heaps of weight a few years back too - went a bit nuts about it all and gained back more than I lost :(

As for a walking partner, I would be willing but your travel time to Nth NSW might be a bit long for me to wait

Good luck with your weight loss journey

Hello tamonline and welcome to the forum.

Wow 20kgs in 16 weeks, that is some going. Slow it down this time, keep control over yourself and remember once you have lost the weight, the healthy habits need to stay in place. Set your plans and goals and you will be on your way in no time....and above all be patient and kind to yourself. You can do it!

I wish you all the best on your weightloss journey. :D

Hi Tam.

Welcome to the forum. Good choice you made by joining!

I'm curious as to what you mean by "so skitzo". I'm only new too & yesterday, I got grumpy coz I was sooooo hungry (it was dinner time) and I only had 197 calories left for the day & being so hungry, I just couldn't function. I couldn't figure anything out to have for dinner!! I looked in the fridge, I looked in the pantry - but nothing was jumping out at me! In the end, I just went & layed down.

Lucky for me, I have a very supportive husband who calculated all the calories, weighed everything & made me a yummy steak salad. I felt much better after I ate that, not just the hunger but mentally.

So yeah, yesterday was a struggle for me as far as hunger goes.
Proud Mum of 4 - it's the best job I've ever had!

Hi Tam, welcome! I don't know what your 'to skitzo' is, but I know I can get obsessed very easily with things. My partner has threatened to hide the scales and only produce them on weigh in day a few times!
