This Time it's for Me!!

Hey there, wanting to introduce myself as new to the forum. Finally decided to make a true and lasting commitment to working back to my pre-baby body, albeit a few years on (lol), and to ensure I am the healthiest I can be for my son and myself.

Currently at 95 kilos and not too tall, have lost and gained. There has been some compounding due to unrelated health issue but there is no excuse for not loving myself enough to be true to myself.

Have lost a kilo in the last week, been exercising and eating healthy. It's been a frustrating road as I don't overeat so much, but probably more to do with lack of organised exercise.

My aim is to reach 65 to 70 kilos and be a healthy and energetic yummy mummy! :P

Would welcome any positive advice and encouragement available.

welcome little mumma, sounds like you are focused and know what needs to be done to get to your goal. This forum is certainly the place to get lots of inspiration. Welcome again and good luck with getting your yummy mummy body :D

There is plenty of tips and info on the home page so have a look through that and sing out if you have any questions. We are all doing different things here so there is plenty of experience about. Feel free to join in on the diaries and challenges.

i too have a child-- who is 13 months old and even though i didnt put on weight during pregnancy, i have always been a chub guts. :P

feel free to join in when and where you feel comfortable. we are all pretty non judgemental and wont crucify you for slippin off the 'good ship weightloss' lol

take care and remember to do it ultimately for you and no one else.

Welcome Mumma! This is a great place for the motivation it seems you are looking for. The challenges are a great way to get involved in exercise. Get yourself a ticker (although mine is moving slowly) its also great motivation!

I would like to get a ticker and learn about the weekly challenges any advice on how to and where to?

My little man is quite excited as he thinks Mummy's fit ball is a hoot! :lol:

The good ship weight loss has life rafts as well so when you fall off, all of the members toss the raft at you and haul you back in :lol:

Think this ir right. It seems to just be showing the amount I want (scratch that - I WILL) lose. Will keep trying and hopefully will get it to show all of the scary truth!

put a tick in the little box that says weight instead of the one that says weight change and it should work :)
