Loosing weight is not easy but with the support of everyone here you know you are not doing this on own. So many start but give in for whatever reason, there will be days that you find it so hard to stay on track and we all have them. Don't waste your time or energy feeling guilty over them just start again.

As for scales, I would ask at a hospital or chemist where you could go or even your doctor. If you have no luck in finding any you could just start of by using your measurements as a guide till you start to register on normal scales.
