Im just hoping i dont put on to much weight with this one like i did with my first bub.

hi deb welcome and congrats on your pregnancy :) remember to wait til after your 6 weeks check before you ease yourself back into exercise and a change in diet. especially if you are breastfeeding you will need to up your calories and so on. also if you have a c section you should ease yourself back into it slowly. take care and you will do great im sure!

Ahh I see sorry about the mix up Deb...I read it to say you were going to lose weight whilst pregnant!!!

If you are eating healthy while you are pregnant then you shouldn't gain too much weight. Best wishes Deb!!

Hi Deb and welcome!!
congrats on your pregnancy!!! I'm sure if you eat sensibly and in conjunction with your GP things will be just fine!!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
