Hi,

I am new here.

I joined Weight watchers about 3 weeks ago and am trying to lose about 25kg.

I am 30 years old, married with a 12 year old son. I live in Perth.

I am hoping I can find some support and inspiration here!

Hi Nikki and welcome to the forum. You will find plenty of support and encouragement here!! Feel free to join in the challenges for extra motivation.

I checked out your blog and I noticed that you said that you were dissappointed with your loss....I know that it is hard when you start something new and you expect big things to happen, but sometimes it just doesn't happen that way!! Keep going and you will start to see the difference. Has your leader at the WW meetings been able to help you with things like portion sizes and so on??

:D

Hi Ally,

Thanks for the welcome.

I have been doing WW off and on for about 7 years! So I know all about portion sizes etc. I weigh everything I eat.

I have put it down to weighing in at night instead of my usual morning meeting and also I got my period the next day after not having it for about 6 months (I'm on implanon).
