I have joined a gym and have been going for 3 days now. My girls and I went swimming today at 7.30am, they had fun and I feel good cause I did something for me. I have been watching my food for a week and half, NO cakes, chips, chocolate,lollies,chesse,coffee,tea,soft drink,alcahol,full cream milk. I can have lots of water, fruit, vegies, tuna, and smaller meal size.
And 3 fibre capsules a day, I think they have helped to make me fill fuller for longer. Sorry if I put to much down, but just had write it down 4 myself. I had to see it with my own eyes.P.S sorry if the spelling is bad have to work on that one to oneday.
