This is Shelli from Victoria and I just discovered this site.
I've been dieting for 2 weeks and have lost almost 7kgs, so I'm off to a good start.
I am doing it myself though, and I think this site will be great motivation for me to keep going (as you can see I have quite a lot to lose).
I'm folllowing the basics from the Sureslim diet but have altered it a little after reading 'The Blood Group Diet'. Basically the same thing though.
Looking forward to the next 12 week challenge, it's like our own Biggest Loser! (And I'm sure we all know how hard it is to continue when the weight loss slows down.
