Well...I came across this forum in the search for motivation so hopefully I am at the right place!!!
I am 29 years old and currently weigh 105.5kgs. My husband and I have been losing weight by ourselves now for about 6 months by just watching portion size, counting kjs, and doing a bit of exercise. He has lost 30kgs and I lost 13kgs but after relocating towns and starting new jobs have put 6kgs back on.
I am betting that my story is the same as many of you on here...been big all my life...tried every diet...felt guilty for eating...think about food all the time...etc!!!
I am just so over being fat...and I need to do something about it...so I am!!! I am aiming to be 77kgs by my 30th birthday in Sep. Dunno if I can get there but I'm gonna give my all to get as close as I can. The last time I was 77kgs was Grade 7.
I figure if I write it down here on this forum...I will be more motivated to stick to it.
So here goes...I'm gonna lose those 6kgs I have put back on...and another 20kgs after that...and I will be thin and healthy...and hopefully will be in a healthier place to think about starting a family!!!
