Hi all Im 5ft6 and weigh 59kilos which im happy with but am wanting to tone and maybe lose 1 kilo I was wondering if I would get anything out of the workout I wouldnt say im really fit but im not unfit either i have been doing aqua aerobics before it sounds good but I dont no if it will give me what im wanting any help would be much appreciated,Debbie :D

Hi debbie,
for toning you really need to do strenthening/resistance excercises to build muscle - Pilates is a good low impact example or the good old pushups, sit ups and weights. Whatever you do will help.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I agree with Butterfly_Dawn you may want to look at adding some resistance training to your routine. Not only can it help you to strengthen your body it is also good for improving bone density which us gals need to be aware of.
