Hello everyone...

Hello everyone in forum land :D .

I happened to come across this site while searching for articles, tips, recipes, exercise techniques and motivation. I figured what better place to get motivation from, than a weight loss forum.

So here I am. Thought I should introduce myself. I am a 24 year old female. I am working at losing the extra weight I carry. I am currently 73kg and I am aiming to get to my goal weight of 55kgs. I want to achieve this by September this year.

I do find it extremely hard at times as I am an emotional eater and when times get tough I tend to bury my head in the bread bin (my one down fall). Hopefully I can find support and encouragement here and in turn give support and encouragement to others.

I look forward to contributing to discussions and hearing all your updates and listing mine.

I wish success to everyone.

Hello and welcome aboard.

You will find plenty of supportive people here all going through or have gone through the things you have. There is plenty of great info on the home page so have a good look around. Feel free to jump into any challenges and there are diaries too if you find them helpful.

I wish you every success on your journey. :D

Hello Everyone,

Thank you all for your replies and encouragement. They mean the world to me.

KimE Posted: Sat Feb 24, 2007 5:05 pm. - The home site is a really good source of information. I downloaded a copy of the daily food diary and printed 24 weeks worth to record my daily intake. There are some great articles too.

milkyway Posted: Sat Feb 24, 2007 10:29 pm - That is excellent. We can definitely keep each other motivated to stay on track.

All the best to everyone!
