Hello everyone in forum land
I happened to come across this site while searching for articles, tips, recipes, exercise techniques and motivation. I figured what better place to get motivation from, than a weight loss forum.
So here I am. Thought I should introduce myself. I am a 24 year old female. I am working at losing the extra weight I carry. I am currently 73kg and I am aiming to get to my goal weight of 55kgs. I want to achieve this by September this year.
I do find it extremely hard at times as I am an emotional eater and when times get tough I tend to bury my head in the bread bin (my one down fall). Hopefully I can find support and encouragement here and in turn give support and encouragement to others.
I look forward to contributing to discussions and hearing all your updates and listing mine.
