Almost there!!!

Hi, everyone. I'll just tell you a bit about myself.

I'm a 32 year old female, my weight is 67kgs. I have been losing weight since september and so far have lost almost 10kgs.

I want to lose another 7kgs but I am really struggling. I go to Weight Watchers with a couple of girlfriends which is very encouraging but I have started to lose motivation.

I thought I would join this forum hoping to get some inspiration from fellow weight loss members who are succeeding in the weight battle.

I have upted my exercise from walking to jogging, but at the same time I'm eating more junk food.

I want to lose the last 7 kgs by June.

Hi Kandoit and welcome to the forum.

Well your name is a good start cause you can do it! Focus on your goal, cut down on the junk food and you will get there. Exercise is great but if your eating too much bad stuff then your making it harder on yourself.

Joining some of our challenges may also help so feel free to jump in wherever you are comfy.

All the best of luck on your journey and well done on your fantastic loss so far. :D

Congrats on your loss so far!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
