Hi, I was active in the forum religiously over a year ago at a time when I lost 13kg. Sadly to say I have put most of that weight back on and therefore have been a bit depressed about the whole deal.

So thought I would start checking in to see if I can get motivated enough to get back on the right track. I have recently obtained a new job which I start next week, a great job within a government department so I feel as though my luck is turning now after being made redundant from a factory job 8 months ago.

Off for a browse of the boards now so I can read all your success stories.

Hey Linda - congrats on the new job - a new start is an excellent time to create some new habits.

I too have been on the weight loss rollercoaster but am determined to hit my goal weight and stay there.

I hope you find the motivation and support here that you did last time you were a regular.

All the best!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Hi linda, welcome back!
good for you hopping back on the wagon - don't be too hard on yourself, learn from the experience and make it better this time!
