Hi Everyone,

I only just stumbled across this forum and what an inspiration.
I need to loose weight - so desperately!! I recently got married and lost about 10 kilos in the lead up to the wedding, which was awesome but needless to say - I have stacked the weight back on.

I currently weigh 75 kilos and an only 152 cms tall. This puts me in the Obese category!!!

I'm looking forward to doing this and looking and feeling healthier!

Cheers
Andie

Andie I am 153cm tall and weigh 77kg so we certainly have something in common. Sometimes I think being short is hard enough without having a weight problem as well.

Welcome to the forum. You are right it is full of inspiration, and there is always someone who can give fantastic information and support.

Hi Andie and welcome to the forum!
Look on the bright side, you have done it before so i'm sure you can do it again - and this time you can make your goal "the rest of my life" rather than "my wedding"!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
