If exercise isn't helping with the weight loss you may need to look carefully at what you are eating and how much. Exercise will only go so far if you're nutrition is bad. Maybe keeping food and exercise diaries will help if you aren't already doing so. There are some examples of these diaries on the home page
or we have diaries here in the forum.
