A BIG HELLO!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Eleeah. I'm 23 years old, am 169cms tall and weigh 99kgs. Im currently on the Tony Ferguson diet and trying to exercise.

My goal is to have lost at least 10kgs in 2 months (before I hop on the plane to Europe on May 5).

So wish me will power and I will see you around this website.

Welcome Eeeah,

There are a few here that are doing or have done the Tony Ferguson diet and have done well so I'm sure the can offer you heaps of support as will everyone here.

10kg in 2 months is achievable if you are very determind so good luck with your goal.

A plane to Europe sounds fantastic. :D

Sounds like you've got some excellent motivation for losing weight - a trip to Europe you lucky thing :)

I've gotta start thinking about a bigger reward than a haircut and few new clothes :lol:

welcome to the forum!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
