Hello there

Postby Bobo » Mon Mar 05, 2007 7:04 pm

Hi All. This looks like a great place to meet people with similar goals. I am currently on the Cohens diet and have lost 14 kilos in 12 weeks. I have broken the diet a couple of times but am still happy with the results.

Yes, the diet is very strict however it has made me realise just how good I can feel when I am not eating processed/ junk food. I am no longer bloated and don't experience cravings like I used too.

I would recommend this diet to anyone.

Good luck to everyone with achieving their own personal goals.

Hi Bobo,

Welcome to the forum!!! I am new here to and I have found that just by logging in each day and reading posts gives me that extra motivation to keep going!!! It makes me want to get out in the afternoon for a walk and each time I feel as though I need chocolate...I just sit down and read some of the stories on here.

Congrats on your weightloss so far!!! I can't wait till I have lost that much!!!

Hay Bobo - Cohen's was a diet that I did a long time ago. I lost 12 kilos in 6 weeks (got down to 60). It is a very hard diet to do - but it does work (I cannot bring myself to do it again - I have all the info booklets - but I cannot look at tuna or curry ever again  )

Good luck !
