Welcome to the forum! I used to have a goal weight of 85kgs, but everyone here on the forums have inspired me to get to a healthy optimum weight, so according to my BMI I'll need to weigh around 65kgs to be in the healthy weight range! So I'll need to change my ticker!!

Hi Jessie,

Welcome to the forums, its a great supportive place, I've been here less than a week and I already feel at home, I'm sure you will too.

Don't be too worried Kate, I personally don't see a pattern with post pregnacy weights, every woman is different and every pregnancy is different too. My first baby I put on 15kgs, my second I lost 23kgs.

don't put yourself down. these things happen.

you're actually pretty smart - you've recognised the problem, and you know what has to be done, and you're willing to implement the changes needed to get healthy! i think thats great!
