Hi there I'm Min... Im 23 and hail from the Sydney area. I've been overweight for my whole life. I currently weight just under 100kg and that scares me!.

I do go to the gym a couple of times a week, but my workouts arent overly instense. I try to eat healthy but do succumb to the occasional "bad" foods.

Im looking at reaching my goal weight of 70kgs.

Im on holidays for the next 3 weeks and have devised a plan for each day (workout-wise) and am currently seeking some good recipes to try out.

Thought I would try and find some online support and I did...I found you! Im looking forward to getting to know some of you, whilst at the same time, gain some motivation and tips.

- Goals are dreams with deadlines.

Hi starlet and welcome to the board. I think you'll find plenty of support, motivation and tips here. Why not join up for our 12 week challenge (March - May) and set your self a goal and chart your progess? All the best for your weightloss journey :D

Glad you found us Starlet-chick. You will find plenty of support and motivation here, and lots of people to get you back on track if you stray :D

Hi Min - Don't we all succumb to the occasional bad foods (some just more than others :wink: )? The key is moderation. Hopefully with your holiday plan you'll get yourself ultra-motivated and into a good exercise routine & eating regime. Let us know how you're going.

Hey, I too was overweight for as long as I can remember, all through Primary and High School and now am lower than my early High School days. So I know what you've been though and have faith that you can achieve your goals, just set yourself mini (sorry, no pun intended) goals along the way and stay focussed, you can do it! :D

Hi Scarlet and welcome! Perhaps a food and exercise diary is in order so you can see just exactly what is happening, then you can work on altering it!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
