Hi there I'm Min... Im 23 and hail from the Sydney area. I've been overweight for my whole life. I currently weight just under 100kg and that scares me!.
I do go to the gym a couple of times a week, but my workouts arent overly instense. I try to eat healthy but do succumb to the occasional "bad" foods.
Im looking at reaching my goal weight of 70kgs.
Im on holidays for the next 3 weeks and have devised a plan for each day (workout-wise) and am currently seeking some good recipes to try out.
Thought I would try and find some online support and I did...I found you! Im looking forward to getting to know some of you, whilst at the same time, gain some motivation and tips.
