Hello Carmen and welcome to the forum.

I did lite n easy for about 5months and lost approx 17kgs. Boy did I have my eyes opened when I found out what a portion or serving really was. Oh and they have theeeeeeee best arvo snacks they always felt like treats to me...albeit much smaller ones than I was used to. :D

All the best on your journey and sing out if you have any questions. :D

Hi Carmen, welcome to the forum! We all have our own little tips and some will and some won't work for you (such is life). My tip is to concentrate on making decisions about how you live your life that are healthy, and most importantly, that you can do fr the rest of your life. Good luck with it!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
