Hi, I found this forum and am excited to be able to support and be supported by fellow 'heavy weights'.
My weight loss story is short. I have stopped exercising (partly because of rheumatoid arthritis in my joints) and didn't change my eating habits. I generally eat healthfully, but with a healthy appetite and without exercise and a very sedentary lifestyle the weight just crept on, and now I am 8 kilos heavier than normal.
Bliss is ignorance and denial is wonderful - until none of my clothes fit me anymore! So now I am to chose between buying a new wardrobe or just losing the fat!! I am looking forward to your support and listening ear. And I hope to be there for you guys, too.
