Thanks Dee, for the encouragement. The second kilo is down. I am eating lots of fruit and vegies, actually I am eating copious amounts of fruits and vegies. I hope the weight will continue to come off. Its time to start some exercise to tone up all the wobbly bits and the cellulite. I love Bikram yoga, so I'll make sure to join up the week after next (too busy next week).
