Hi,

I'm Ky from Canberra Australia..
I am a stay at home mum whom has had a problem with my weight for a while.
I lost allot of weight before my son was born and i got a taste or what it was like to be normal.. now i am gaining weight and i am scared.. i don't want to be fat again.
I have no one to talk to here, and this is my final resort.

Thanks

Hi Ky. This is a great, non-judgemental group for support and advice. I've been really inspired by the stories and people here and I hope they do the same for you :)

All the best for your journey.

Hi Ky,

Well you need never worry again about having noo one to talk to. These folk'll talk your head off if you let 'em. Not me, though, I'm the quiet type. LOL. Or not.

Tell us a bit about yourself. How many kids do you have? How old are you, etc.

Hello Ky and welcome! This is a fantastic support forum for when you feel like no-one i around you physically for support! You've done it once, I'm sure you can do it again
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Thanks to you all for the huge welcome :)

I'm 25 and i have a 6 month old son named Tristan..

I welcome all people who want to talk.. it gets a bit lonely here with just Tristan to talk to .. you can only get so much satisfaction out of "Ba ba ba ba" heh

Welcome to the forum Ty. Being scared of getting fat can be a good thing if you channel it in the right direction. I can relate to the babytalk thing, I was a stay at home Mum for 16 years. There are plenty of people to give you the support you need here, so join in wherever you feel like it.
