Greetings fellow Melburnian and welcome to the board.

You and I share a similar story. My weight has been up and down over the past 10 years and I've been stuck around the 68-72kg mark for quite a few years.

I think you've come to a great place for support and advice. All the best for your continued weighloss journey. I've personally found this place very motivating.

Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Oh how did you lose weight? Was there a specific plan you went by?

You sound like you have a similar body to me... my height is 162cms, i'm currently 63.5 kgs and i'm trying to get down to low 50kgs.

Its SO inspiriational for me to see people on here who were heavier than I am that get to weight lower than what I am.. because sometimes i think, i can never lose this weight, its too late for me, my weight has gotten too bad... but then people on here accomplish fantastic results and it makes me think its not too late i can still do it!

Yoruden Greetings

Hi Yoruden,
I am from Melbournian stock (my mother) but I am a born and bread sandgroper. I love Melbourne, it's a really cool place.

Welcome to the forum, you'll find it very helpful.

Hi and welcome to the forum! You've done it before so I am sure you can get to your goal again!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
