New diet

Postby Sally » Tue Jun 14, 2005 9:11 pm

Hi there, okay so i now have a deal going with my dad. He and I have both decided that we want to lose 25 kilos each by Christmas.
Have decided to do the Weight Watchers program, just at home though, not at a regular meeting. Have been given an old points guide (2000) and a few recipe books. What does everyone think of WW? good? bad? indifferent? Good news is my husband is keen to lose weight too so that will make things easier on meal preparation etc. In regards to exercise, is it better to go walking in the morning or night?

Thanks for all your help.
Sally

Hi there sally i am currently doing WW at home . I picked up the 12 week program books of e bay for a fraction of the cost from WW as well as a cookbook from WW. Ebay has some cheap finds that way at half the cost . I find it easier to do as i can see what i have eaten and how many points it is .I can then plan my day that way and if i am going out which is rarely or having takeaway i can plan for his also . I hope that helps you
