this is my first post ever on this forum and im not quite sure what to say. im a uni student from sydney and i have about 20kg to lose right now. that looks simpler in writing than it has been the last 3 years coz when i first had issues with my weight, i was probably underweight if anything. but unhealthy habits and a baaaad state of mind have led me to put on, what i call, my "emotional weight" very very VERY quickly.
long story short, im now more motivated than ever before to do this the right way and im hoping the advice of everyone here will help achieve my goals as quickly as possible!
