Hey everyone!!!

Hey everyone my name is Michael and I live in South Australia. I want to and need to lose weight. My goal is to be 65kgs however I'm currently 82.7kgs(used to be 89.5) but i've found that i've lost my inspiration and I find wokring out boring. I'm here to look around, meet new people. and find out how they've lost weight... So I might see youguys around...

Hi Michael, welcome to the forum. How are you losing weight, are you on a specific diet/what's your exercise routine?

Well my diet is stop eating anything to do with sugar e.g. cakes, sweets etc. and no meal more than 250calories. I've been eating helathy food for at least 3 months without any sugar/fat etc... Also I go to the gym 4-5 times a week for 1-2 hours. I have to work it around school and work... :wink: Its hard :(

Yep unfortunately we don't get a white house to lock ourselves in while we fight this battle! But we do get the support and encouragement of everyone on this site - and that's worth a mint!

Starting Weight: 94 kg (2 September 08)
Current Weight:93 kg
Goal Weight: 75 kg

1st goal is to lose 5 kg.... Reward Dye my hair!!!

Hi Michael - welcome to the forum. I hope you can find some inspiration here among all the posts and chatter and get your motiviation levels lifted. It is hard juggling life, work, study and other commitments, but it's worth it :)

Welcome to the forum Michael! Well done for managing to fit in your excercise around your other commitments. The gym can get a bit boring sometimes can't it! Maybe think of some other excercise you could substitute every so often, just to keep things interesting...

Good luck with your weight loss, sounds like you're off to a good start already! It is hard to fit these things in around study and work, but it can and must be done!! :) It's just a way of life for me now so it comes first!

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I certainly know what it's like when you're bored of routine as we all get there. I can say from personal experience that you've made the first great move!

Great attitude AND a will is the first move.. and you sound like you've got it!
