Hi there everyone,

Long time no email. Have been busy shifting house, new job etc. Anyway weighed myself this morning I finally reached my goal weight 65kg...yyyyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I have finally done it. Must be all the running around that I have been doing. For the past two weeks I have been run down with sinus infections and not having much energy. But I feel I am back to my normal self. I drive into work. The carpark is about 15mins away from work, which is a good walk. I do about 60mins of walking a day. As when I get home I walk the dogs as well and that's about 30 - 45mins. So hopefully I can keep this weight. Winter is coming too, which freaks me out a bit. I seem to want to eat more. I better stay focus hey.

Bye for now.

Well done on getting to your goal weight! I hope you manage to maintain it, I know what you mean about winter, it seems like all you want to do is eat comfort foods... good luck! :)

Congratulations :) Well done on achieving your goal weight. I'm sure all your exercise and incidental exercise has become habit now and you'll keep it on over winter. Just rug up a bit and you'll be right. All the best for your maintenance! :D
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Congratulations, it must be a fab feeling to have finally gotten there!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
