Getting my life back

Postby on_a_mission » Wed Apr 25, 2007 10:22 pm

Well, my name is Jen and I am 31. This is the last time I will be this heavy and big. Now is the time this actually changes. I have tried many times and failed AND put back the weight +++. I'm tired of feeling like this and I want my life back - NOW!!

I live in Sydney's South West and if anyone lives close by, I would like to start a walking group.Message me if you are interested.

Hi Jen,

Welcome to the forum & congrats for making the decision to take back control of your life. Our weight loss goals are very similar - I was also 111.4 when I started. The people on this forum are pretty inspirational so I'm sure you'll love it here.

Good luck!

Thanks is so nice to feel so welcome. I can't wait to be back to my very old self. I'm trying liteneasy this time - I'm over feeling hungry (shakes, pills etc) and I don't have the time or patience to cook for myself!!

I look forward to getting to know you all!!
