I'm new to the form, but have been reading a few posts over the last few weeks and decided to join.

I have about 20kgs to lose, so am looking for some motivation and hopefully will stay on track. I have set mini goals for each 5kg I lose.

Thanks for everyone's motivational stories and tips that I have read already and thanks in advance for future stories and tips.

Hi KT and welcome aboard. Feel free to join in at anytime. Starting up your own Personal Progress thread in the same-named forum is a great way to keep track of your weightloss journey. Mini-goals are a great way to go. I hit my first one this weekend - I only just realised :D I am now within a healthy BMI range - whoohoo!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Hi KT and welcome to the forum! I'm sure you'll get to goal and we will all celebrate with you when you do!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
