Hey all, I'm a new member to this site. I'm 18, female from Brisbane.
I've been trying to loose weight for a few months now and need a little more motivation. I do okay with exercise (sometimes need the motivation though) but struggle with eating right. I know I'm not looking for amazing weight loss at this stage, but I want to be practical and stay heathy.
