Hello there. I was going to do a big intro tonight, but as it has taken me hours to work out how to use this sight, it will have to wait. It is after all after midnight, and unfortunately I must work in about 9 hours. Quickly though, I have put on over 8 kg in the last 6 months, oh, don't worry, I have a heap of excuses! None of them probably very worthy. I'll go into more detail next time.
8 kilos probably doesn't seem like a lot to some. To me it is, I'm height defficient and of very pale complexion. My latest joke about myself is if tanned people look thinner, than I am not fat, just white...
I had 5 kilos to go to get to my goal weight, then stuff happened and I put everything back on, and then some.
So, then I found this really great website, which actually interested me (that takes some doing these days), people encouraging each other to do well, a rarity in this modern life. So just hours after finding you guys, I already respect you. I hope we can be good friends.

hey there belle welcome to the group- i love your avatar- very cute! i know what you mean about trying ways to make yourself appear thinner. its quite embarrassing to think of the lengths we go to to do this but still eat junk food and dont exercise. half the time these disguises we try look awful!

im sure you can lose the weight. no more excuses to why you have put the weight on, we want to see REASONS as to why you want to lose the weight and also we want to see you progress to lose the weight once and for all :) we are always here so join in when and where you feel comfy :)

Hi Belle and welcome to the forum. Losing 8kg is no small task - your personal weight issues are yours and yours alone. No one here is going to attack you for that! I think everyone here recognises that. It doesn't matter if you've got 5kg or 50kg to lose, we're equally here for you :)
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

:lol: Thanks, everyone for the warm welcome. I'm going for a bike ride tomorrow, the whole family gets to join in. Well all except the dog, she doesn't have a bike.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
