Getting Back on Track

Postby sal1009 » Tue May 08, 2007 12:49 pm

Hello,
Managed to lose 19 kgs (87-68) in 2006 and keep it off for 6 months.

Family illness and redundancy from work in past three months has led to me reverting back to old habits and gain 7 kg (75).

Need to get back on track and hoping some moral support will help.

Hi Sal and welcome!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
