Hi Jodie,
Eating 1.200 calories per day should be the minimum allowance, here's an example of a healthy diet to follow - http://www.weightlossforall.com/1200-ca ... sample.htm

It's always best to take something from each food group to replace the nutrition your body uses each day.

hi jodie. I'm not a vegie or yoghurt person either. But here are some things that I have been eating: cereal for breakfast, cupasoup and vitaweets or sandwiche for lunch, morning and afternoon tea either an apple or some strawberries. I love this time of the year for dinner, as I have salad with my main meal, I am still eating the same meals just smaller portions. Evening if I get peckish I nibble on some walnuts. If I need a sweet attack I have an icypole or I scrapbook (keeps my mind off it)
