hi all

have been reading some of the posts in the last day or so and have decided to join those who have decided to make themselves accountable for their need to lose weight.

i am definitely an emotional eater - whether it be for happy or sad emotions! i started at 94kg at the end of 2005 and got down to 81 around october last year but mostly through laziness and lack of committment have put 10kg back on.

i can't believe i went from being committed (even though it took a long time to get to the 81) and so happy with myself to letting all that hard work go down the drain! my main struggle now is to get over feeling sorry for myself and focus on being positive and believing that 'i can do it'.

anyway, sorry for rambling & thanks for listening.

Hey Sassi

Welcome- I'm also new here too. And its already seeming like a great place to get ideas, motivation and support too.
I know how u feel im at 90kgs at the moment- im use to being fit and healthy and i remember seeing myself put the weight on but i wasnt in the frame of mind to do anything bar watch even more weight put on. :(
As kate said- you have done it before and there is absolutly nothing stopping you from getting there again and then from there hitting your goal weight :P

Looking forward to your weight lose and updates
