Welcome- I'm also new here too. And its already seeming like a great place to get ideas, motivation and support too.
I know how u feel im at 90kgs at the moment- im use to being fit and healthy and i remember seeing myself put the weight on but i wasnt in the frame of mind to do anything bar watch even more weight put on.
As kate said- you have done it before and there is absolutly nothing stopping you from getting there again and then from there hitting your goal weight
