yeah it doesnt take long to get used to the forum here :)

my fiance doesnt say that my belly is jelly. he reckons he has heaps of new found respect for me since being pregnant and see what a pregnant woman has to go through! lol. he has seen 'everything' including my daughters head as it was coming out of me so he never picks on my body but i am still self conscious and dont like showing my body to him even when im dressing.

just take it easy losing the weight bunny, make slow changes over time and you will get there. its not a race

Postby bunny » Thu May 17, 2007 1:45 pm

This forum is really GREAT!! :D I have already found so many good tips.
I know your fiance doesnt say the jelly thing to you mine does to me tho!
I baked him a cake today a GOLDEN BUTTER ONE with thick butter icing and sprinkles!!
I have not even touched it.
I didnt even lick the bowel! :) very proud of myself!
I may have 1 slice of the cake with green tea after dinner tonight but the rest is his.

I have been keeping a food journal.
I find I eat so much less than I did 17 days ago!
I never realised how much you actually eat until I started
to write it all down!
I also get the frozen healthy eating packs from safeway.
As they are portioned controlled I have them for tea.
It gets a little expensive but I find it works and I am eating slower.

thats great to hear! licking the beaters and the bowl are my fave things to do too!! its all about moderation :) im sure you can fit these yummy things into your food intake occasionally and thats what makes them so special too! you enjoy it more when you dont have them often :)

wow i will keep a look out for the honey and oatmeal shampoo and conditioner. it sounds yummy... i mean... nice... yeah i like my curls now :) i tend to straighten it a couple of days a week though. its cut above my shoulders now so easier to manage.

yes its amazing how much you can eat when you dont take a written note of it. check out http://www.calorieking.com.au and it will surprise you just how calorie laden some foods are.

if the prepackaged meals are working for you then stick with it. at least you are getting the right idea about portions when you are eaitng them
