Image Pink chick

welcome to the group :) best wishes for losing the weight. i think soft drink really contributed to my unhealthy weight and lifestyle before i lost weight as well. i always felt bloated and lethargic. get a lot of water into you and you should be fine :) best wishes and sing out if you need anything

Hi pinkchic and welcome to the forum! You've identified something to change so good on you! Try to make the change gradually and with some support I'm sure you can make your goal!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Welcome hun *hugs*, I'm 19, hehe I love how there are people of all ages here. It's really great :) Take it one step at a time, make sure you count even the smallest effort (not have a sugar in your coffee, 10 min walk, etc) and most importantly keep smiling!

the key to weightloss is moderation, u dont need to completely cut anything from your diet and having a glass of soft drink occasionally wont harm your weightloss efforts

Hello Pinkchick and welcome to the forum.

Changing your habits a step at a time is a good way to start and your body will love any exercise you give it. Remember us gals generally speaking don't need to eat as much as our blokes so that is another thing to look out for.

All the best. :D
