:D Hi everyone my name is karen. i found this website just for luck and it has given me inspiration to change the way i look at my life. I am currently weigh around 70 to 75 kg. i am wanted to get down just under 70 kg. i am around 175 cm tall so i don't look really to big but i know i have to lose some weight because i can see it. i love my body but i wouldn't mind inproving on it. Like we all do.

the last couple of weeks i lost 3 kgs but i have this problem i lose abit not really meaning too. i did change my eating habits and i walk 40 mins each day. but i seem to go back to the unhealthy stuff cause i think i have lost it i deserve a treat. i will get there in the end.

but i love this site it keeps me going. :P

Hi karen and welcome!

You do deserve a reward for doing so well - just next time try to make it something not food related - like some time out to have a nice bath or read a book or something else you enjoy! That way you can reward yourself and not undo all your hard work!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Hi Karen and welcome to the forum.

Tegan gave good advice on your reward not being food related if you can. It sounds like you will get there if you stick with it and watch the treats.

All the best. :D

Hi Karen, welcome & good luck :) I have only been a member here for a few days but I love the site too!

I can relate to the need to reward your self with food, it really does set you back doesn't it? Next time I have an urge, I am going to update my personal progress online, that will keep me on track!
