My name is Liz from Melbourne, I am 41 years old and after a little health scare have decided its time to lose A LOT of weight. Currently I dont even know what I weigh, my digital scale goes to 150kgs and when I step on it...... no recording... So lets say I am 155 to 160kgs.
I have always been overweight 8 years ago I was 132kgs but in the last 2 years have just added that extra weight that is causing problems. Even though I was overweight I never had any health problems, I was walking alot but no other types of excerises. Now I dont even walk. I will start walking again and go from there.
My weight loss plan isnt really a plan, I will just start by reducing my meals, my main problem being dinner and after dinner snacks. During the day I eat well.
