Hi Jessie, welcome to the forum. If you need any help our home page is a wealth of information.
We have learnt here that what works well for one person may not necessarily work for someone else. ~LINK~

Hi Twan, thanks for kindly sharing your weight loss tip that worked well for you.
You can stay so long as you don't try to steer people away from the weight loss forum site to another forum.
Also this forum has a high success rate in it's own right.
If you wish to lose weight with us then you may remain.
However if, you are trying to make a sale of a product or exercise regimen,
book or steer people away, you will be blocked.

Thank you for your kind tips.

As you can see, my site is no forum.

Also, everything on there is free. Losing weight should cost $0. You don't need to join Jenny Craig or any of that. The best way is the free way!

Hi Twan,
We have had some issues lately with illegitimate posts/ advertising/ porn etc. As a result we have become a tad hypervigilant to people advertising websites. Basically, we're happy for you to be here and help out/offer advice/support etc, we just wanted to ensure you were here for the right reasons.

Hopefully some of our members will find your website helpful!

Cheers,
Tegan

Twan, thank you for your kind and thoughtful post in giving help and guidance for those battling weight loss.
I see your links look sincere. My apologies for being wary as we have had others before you that have
tried to direct people away from this forum for personal gain. I can clearly see you are aboveboard.
