The food diaries are not supposed to be a 'brag' of look how good I ate today genre. It's a tool to use. If you don't know and analyse what it is you are actually eating, it's kinda hard to know what to change. Have a look through mine when you get a chance. I have some very off days.
For example: on Tuesday
Breakky - I think was the usual vitabrits /muesli
2 packs chips
curries egg on toast
another pack of chips
pickings at leftovers of the sticky date pudding I had made for the bloke including the butterscotch sauce (sugar, butter, cream, whisky, all heated up and smooth, creamy...oh stop)
handfulls of fruit and nuts
I was basically eating all day. I've been having vaguely this issue for a few days, I think due to the cold weather (snowed to 300m last night, very pretty)
The point is, I know this is not crash hot, but if I'm accountable for it I can change it.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"
"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
